Dear Guest,

to prepare your stay in advance and to be able to make the most of your place, here are some information about your apartment. Open this upon your arrival or print it out to bring, whatever helps you the most;-) Arrive safely!

You reach the studio from the street down via stairs. At the top of the passage there is a sign with an arrow that shows the way. Go all the way down the stairs and then left. At night, the path is illuminated with floor lighting. The 2nd apartment on the left is our/your studio!

You will find the keysafe to the right of the door. With the key inside you can unlock the main entrance door!
The door stays open until you lock it again with the key.

On the left in the corner (next to the cupboard with the small kitchen) you find stuff to make it yourself comfortable in the garden. The meadow in front of the studio is for your exclusive use.

There is a safe for your valuables in the large closet opposite the entrance.

To get to the pool, please go up the stairs to the street, cross it, turn right and then take the next small entrance left into the resort and then straight through. You reach the pool with a cafe and a beautiful palm garden in about 2 minutes.

A supermarket is also within 2 minutes walking distance. When you leave the studio, go left and straight ahead and up the meadow at the end of the official path. Now you are in one of 2 small centers of the resort with different shops and cafes/restaurants. In the back is the well stocked supermarket. By the way, the reception there is not responsible for you / us.
The other (larger) center can be found by going through the passage on the left in front of the pool.

You can dispose of your waste in the green rubbish bins or the separation bins, which you can find, for example, at the top corner. The shortest way to get there, is out the door to the left, follow the paved path right hand and at the road up to the left. It's 2-3 minutes!
Please do not forget to dispose of your rubbish before departure to prevent smells and ants in the apartment. It is possible that guests will not come directly after you and the rubbish could then remain in the apartment longer.

Smoking is prohibited throughout the studio!
Please do not throw anything in the toilet and put the toilet paper in the buckets provided. For example, a diaper thrown into the toilet (we had it last year) blocks the pipe with certainty, can be detected immediately and cleaning is associated with high costs.

Please let us know immediately, if anything does not work or is not to your satisfaction. If we only learn out about problems through final evaluation of the booking portal, it is unfortunately too late to contribute to the success of your holidays;-)

damit Sie sich schon vorab auf Ihre Wohnung einstellen können hier einige Informationen zur Wohnung zum vorab informieren, vor Ort aufrufen oder zum zu Hause ausdrucken und mitnehmen! Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Anreise und wünschen gute Reise!
 

Sie erreichen das Studio von der Straße aus über eine Treppen. Oben ist beim Durchgang ein Schild mit Pfeil angebracht, das das den Weg weißt. Gehen Sie die Treppe ganz runter und dann links. In der Nacht ist der Weg mit Bodenbeleuchtung beleuchtet ausgeleuchtet. Das 2. Apartment links ist unser/Ihr Studio!

Den Schlüsseltresor finden Sie rechts neben der Tür. Mit dem Schlüssel im Inneren können Sie die Haupteingangstür aufsperren! 
Die Tür bleibt geöffnet, bis Sie sie erneut mit dem Schlüssel verriegeln. 

Links im Eck (neben dem Schrank mit der Kleinküche befinden sich Utensilien um im Garten sitzen zu können. Die Wiese vor dem Studios steht Ihnen zur alleinigen Nutzung zur Verfügung.

Im großen Schrank gegenüber des Eingangs befindet sich ein Tresor für Ihre Wertsachen.

Zum Pool gehen Sie bitte die Treppe hoch zur Straße, überqueren diese, gehen rechts und dann den nächsten Weg links rein ins Ressort und dann gerade durch. In 2 Minuten sind Sie also vom Apartment am Poll mit Cafe und einem schönen Palmengarten.
 

Ein Supermarkt befindet sich ebenfalls in 2 Minuten Gehreichweite. Gehen Sie wenn Sie das Studio verlassen links und gerade aus und am Ende die Wiese hoch. Jetzt sind Sie in einem von 2 kleinen Zentren im Resort mit verschiedenen Läden und Cafes/Restaurants. Hinten befindet sich der gut ausgestattete Supermarkt. Die Rezeption dort ist übrigens nicht für Sie /uns zuständig.
Das andere (größere) Zentrum finden Sie, wenn Sie vor dem Pool links durch den Durchgang gehen.

Ihren Müll können Sie einfach in den grünen Müllcontainern oder den Trenncontainern entsorgen, die Sie z.B. oben am Eck finden. Der kürzeste Weg dahin führt links zur Tür raus, dem gepflasterten Weg rechts raus und  auf die Straße folgen und dann links hoch. Es sind 2-3 Minuten!
Bitte vergessen Sie nicht Ihren Müll auch vor Abreise zu entsorgen um Gerüche und Ameisen in der Wohnung zu verhindern. Möglicherweise kommen nicht direkt nach Ihnen Gäste und der Müll könnten dann in der länger in der Wohnung verbleiben.

Rauchen ist im Studio verboten!
Bitte werfen Sie nichts in die Toilette und geben das Klopapier in die bereitgestellten Eimerchen. Eine ins Klo geworfene Windel z.B. (hatten wir letztes Jahr) blockiert das Rohr mit Sicherheit, ist sofort feststellbar und die Reinigung mit hohen Kosten verbunden.

Geben Sie uns bitte umgehend Bescheid, wenn irgendetwas nicht funktioniert oder zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit ist. Wenn wir Probleme erst bei der Bewertung am Ende erfahren, können wir für das Gelingen Ihres Urlaubs leider nicht mehr beitragen;-)
